Do you provide cake delivery service in Singapore?

We do provide local island-wide delivery service at a cost of $12 per trip. Orders above $120 will enjoy free local delivery service. Refer to our Delivery Information to find out more.

How long will the delivery take?

You can receive your order in just 4 hours! Simply choose from a selection of 3-hour time slots from 12pm to 9pm. For urgent last-minute cake orders, do visit our Express Cakes Category, and you can receive them in just 1 hour. In the event of overwhelming orders, especially during festive seasons in Singapore, there may be a slight delay in delivery. We appreciate your kind understanding.

Is there self-collection?

Yes. Once you’ve made a purchase online, you can collect your cake order at 11 Sin Ming Road, Thomson V Two, #01-30, S575629 during the allocated self-collection time slots.

Can I purchase the products at the shop?

We do not have any products that can be purchased at our shop.

Seasonal products are only available off the shelf during the seasonal period. During the non-peak period, do place your order online as we DO NOT keep stock to ensure that our customers receive the freshest quality.

Can I do place an order offline?

Sure! Especially for last-minute cake orders, you may contact us via call or Whatsapp to place your order. Alternatively, you may email us at info@whyzee.com.sg

Is our product allergy friendly?

Our bakers bake in a kitchen that handles wheat, nuts, egg, dairy and soy. Thus cross-contamination may happen during production. 

However, we do have eggless cakes and we will take extra care during preparation if an allergy is made known to us during the ordering process. We will try to cater allergy-friendly requests accordingly. However, the allergy has to be made known to us beforehand and we have the right to reject the order if we are unable to accede to your request.

Do note that we WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any allergic reaction that may happen due to cross-contact in the products.

Do I need to place orders in advance?

You will only have to do so for cakes that require customisation or for orders of seasonal products. Otherwise, most of our cakes can be ordered instantly online. Do note that dates that are blocked out on the calendar are considered unavailable. Refer to our Delivery Information page to find out more.

For seasonal products, the earliest arrival will be 2 days after sending in an order on our website. Dates that are blocked out on the calendar mean that delivery is not available.

What are the payment methods?

The payment methods are PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYNOW and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

What if there is/are any incorrect item(s) in my order?

Please email your order number to info@whyzee.com.sg with a picture of the item(s) you have received, and we will arrange for an exchange immediately. In the event that the item(s) are no longer available, you will be refunded. Please note that only unopened items will be accepted.

Can I amend my orders after I’ve placed them?

Please email us at info@whyzee.com.sg with your order number for us to check if your items have been dispatched and we will advise accordingly.

Do you accept exchanges or refunds?

We do not accept the exchange of items due to hygiene and safety purposes, hence all items sold are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

Where can I do sampling/tasting for Seasonal Products?

You can do sampling at our shop at 11 Sin Ming Road, Thomson V Two, #01-30, S575629. It is only available for our seasonal products during the seasonal period.
