Im a huge pineapple tart fan since young, decided to go with their cheese pineapple tart, have never stopped supporting them as the taste is just too delicious especially when the dough and the filling is just so perfectly balanced. recently, i was looking for a plain and simple cake, and realized that they do have cakes in their menu! bought the oreo cheesecake its just so heavenly (ps you can custom cakes too). Getting from them is not just because its so addictive, their delivery is so efficient and quick! will definitely return for more!Keep up the good work! kudos!

Staff was willing to customise my cake from a dark chocolate cake to a choco banana cake for a small fee. They were willing to do a smaller sized cake than what was advertised too. At $35.90 for a 6-inch cake, probably no other freshly baked vegan cake comes as cheap. The birthday girl loved it!

It was my colleague's birthday yesterday. I contacted Whyzee via whatsapp and placed a chocolate cake order online nearly noon for delivery to office before 5pm. Their response is super fast and delivered the cake in good condition timely. Candles and birthday tag provided. Wording on cake was perfectly done as well. We tried Whyzee for the first time for a company event after reading all the good reviews and beautiful cakes on their sites. Usually the experience we have for cakes (especially online with delivery) is either bad or bad. Cakes are usually damaged upon delivery or does not look like the photos at all. We ordered cupcakes, swiss rolls, cheesecakes and birthday cakes and they arrived in perfect condition. They tasted superb and everyone loved it, we are coming back for more!

5 star service : ordered last minute in the afternoon and received the cake as scheduled same day. loved the fact that I could personalize the cake with a text at no extra cost as well. The cake looked even better than on the website picture. I was impressed by the freshness and the amazing taste of this beautiful red velvet. probably the best tasting red velvet I ever had. Ordered the last minute express delivery at 4:50pm and the cake was delivered by 6:30! It was fast and when I asked, they even provided me with a link to track the delivery. Ordered this Apple Crumble Cake at 10am to celebrate my son birthday before he flew off to US for work. We wanted to give him a surprise hence we choose the delivery time within 6pm to 9pm while we are having dinner at his house. Heavy down pour during that time and they still managed to delivery in time at before 8pm. I am lucky to find this express cake service online. Looking forward to place my next few orders.

I am SO pleased with my order! The muffins came fresh, still chilled, and they were so yummy! I ordered the double choc banana muffins from the healthy bakes section, and they were scrumptious. I love how chocolatey and gooey the muffin is, and there’s still a pronounced banana flavour, while the whole muffin isn’t too sweet. Unfortunately we gobbled them up so quickly and packed them to give away and I forgot to take any pictures!I also want to commend them on going above and beyond for me. The preschool I was sending the muffins to require an ingredients list because of kids with allergies and Whyzee replied to my whatsapp promptly as well as sent me a printed ingredients list as requested. I had asked this of so many other companies without success and I was so grateful that Whyzee was able to help me with this. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Very happy with both product and customer service by Whyzee. Even though I am based overseas, I wanted to get cakes for my family and friends in Singapore -- and Whyzee came through reliably and efficiently.Both times when I ordered the mango cakes, they were delivered promptly within the same day, no less! Both times, the cakes were thoroughly enjoyed by the recipients, who also gave two thumbs up for deliciousness and quality. The mango cake is a hot favourite! (I even have requests to order the same cake again for the next birthday in line!)They were also easily reachable via WhatsApp for ease of communications and were flexible in accommodating a last-minute change in schedule when I had to move the delivery day forward. I ordered five 6 inch cakes and one 8 inch cake in 3 orders to deliver to 3 different addresses. All was delivered on the scheduled timing. Only for 1 order, 2 cakes was missed out. How long will the delivery take?
You can receive your order in just 4 hours, simply choose from a selection of 2-hour time slots from 10am to 10pm. For urgent last minute orders, do contact us via call or whatsapp. In the event of overwhelming orders, especially during festive seasons, there may be a slight delay in delivery. We appreciate your kind understanding.
Do I need to place orders in advance?
You will only have to do so for cakes that require customisation or some seasonal products. Otherwise, most of our cakes can be ordered instantly. Do note that dates that are blocked out on the calendar are considered unavailable.
For seasonal products, the earliest arrival will be 3 days after purchasing on our website. Dates that are blocked out on the calendar means that delivery is unavailable.
Can I do place an order offline?
Sure! Especially for last minute orders, you may contact us via call or Whatsapp to place your order. Alternatively, you may email us at whyzee.sg@gmail.com
Where can I do sampling / tasting?
You can do sampling at our shop at 352 Clementi Ave 2 #01-109 S120352. It is only available for our seasonal products during the seasonal period.
Can I purchase the products at the shop?
Yes you can. However our cake flavors change every day and we do not cater to all sizes. It is best to order online before coming down.
Seasonal products are only available off the shelf during seasonal period. During non-peak period, do place your order online as we DO NOT keep stock to ensure that our customers receive the freshest quality.
Is our product allergy friendly?
Our bakers bake in a kitchen that handles wheat, nuts, egg, dairy and soy. Thus cross-contact may happen during production. However, we do have eggless cake and we will take extra care during preparation if the allergy is made known to us during ordering.
We will try to provide allergy-friendly request accordingly. However, the allergy has to be made known to us beforehand and we have the rights to reject the order if we are unable to accede to your request.
Do note that we WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE to any allergic reaction that may happen due to cross-contact in the products.
Do you have local delivery service?
We do provide local island-wide delivery service at a cost of $10 per trip. Orders above $80 will enjoy free local delivery service.
Is there self-collection?
You can choose to self-collect your orders from our shop at 352 Clementi Ave 2 #01-109 S120352.
What are the payment methods?
The payment methods are PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
What if there is / are any incorrect item(s) in my order?
Please email your order number to whyzee.sg@gmail.com with a picture of the item(s) you have received and we will arrange for an exchange immediately. In the event that the item(s) are no longer available, you will be refunded. Please note that unopened items will only be accepted.
Can I amend my orders after I’ve placed it?
Please email us at whyzee.sg@gmail.com with your order number for us to check if your items have been dispatched and we will advise accordingly.
Do you offer wholesale discount for bulk orders?

Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
