Whyzee PTE LTD. “whyzee.sg” owns and operate this Website. This document governs your relationship with “whyzee.sg”. Access to and use of this Website and the items available through this Website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices. By using the Services, you are agreeing to all the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.
Terms of Sales
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase item on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability. To order with Whyzee Pte Ltd, you must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Whyzee Pte Ltd retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email. When placing an order, ensure that all details you provide us are true and accurate and that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. All prices advertised can be subject to changes.
Order Amendments or Cancellation
Orders cancellations are not allowed once order payment has been completed. Order amendments are not allowed after 12 hours, only under special circumstances where amendments will be allowed. An amendments fee will be applied. Do send an email firstname.lastname@example.org on the amendments subjected to approval. Request sent after working hours will only be replied the next working day.
Any requests for refunds will be accessed and finally decided by Whyzee Pte Ltd. If there is any damaged or incorrect product (s) (including delivery of additional product(s) not ordered by you), please contact us within 24 hours. Whyzee Pte Ltd at its sole discretion, will offer a replacement or refund of the damaged or incorrect product(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, collection and/or return of the incorrect product(s).
All refunds are subjected to a 5% merchant fee which will be absorbed by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Pricing and Availability
We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any items which you’ve ordered, we will inform you via email as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we do not receive any response from you within 2 working days, we will treat the order as cancelled and 50% refund will be given. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the item, we will give you a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed during check out and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
We accept credit card (Visa / Mastercard) and paypal payments. Atm transfers, cash delivery and cash deposits are strictly not accepted. By adding item(s) into your cart does not mean that you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment. All orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received and updated within the given time frame (2 hours). By checking out the item(s), it implies your intention and interest to make a purchase, hence a slot will be reserved for you.
The delivery cost of your order will be displayed to you on our check out page. Orders are processed and dispatched to our local delivery, you may select your expected delivery date and time at checkout. Our local delivery partners shall deliver the items to the address specified in your order. Free delivery will be provided for local orders above $100.
The delivery timing will be from 10am to 10pm. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or unforeseen circumstances for which we will not be responsible. In the event that you wish to amend the delivery date, do email us your orders 72 hours before your delivery date at email@example.com.
Any request changes to delivery date, time and location will incur a charge as impose by our third part delivery. There will be an additional charge of $10 for any amendments made the day before the delivery date on the day itself.
It is important for the recipient to check for the order specifications are correct and in good conditions. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed. If there is any errors or damage found, do let our driver knows immediately.
In the event where there is no one at home during the time slot chosen, orders will return to shop and can be collected during operating hours. Same-day re-delivery is not available and there will be a surcharge or $15 for re-delivery. If instructions were given to the driver to leave the products outside the premises, we will not be responsible for the conditions and loss of products after delivery.
Do note that Driver will send a message and a photo to let you know that where the orders will be left at after getting the approval from you through phone call. Do reply within 5 minutes after the message is being sent out. If not orders will be return to the shop.
We will try our best to accommodate to your schedule. However, in the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you need to change your schedule timing, do email us your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org 24 hours before the appointed date and time.
Any changes from self-collect to delivery is subjected to the availability of our couriers. Regular delivery charges apply and an amendments fee of $5 must be paid 48 hours before the actual date of collection. Payment receive after 48 hours will be processed as self-collect.
Self-collections must be collected before closing time of the day/date chosen. Cakes that are not collected by then will be kept for collection on the next working day. However, if cakes are not collected within 1 day from the stated collection date, it will be discarded and refund will not be entertained. This is to ensure the quality of our cakes.
It is important for the recipient to check for the order specifications are correct and in good conditions. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the order has been collected. If there is any errors or damage found, do let our staff knows immediately.
The above Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Whyzee Pte Ltd. any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Whyzee Pte Ltd.
