Reporting to the Head Baker and responsible for daily operations and oversees the preparation of sponges, cupcakes, other baked items and frosting while maintaining costs and ensuring consistency quality of pastry products for daily productions and advance purchases.
- He/She ensures proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards and sanitation / health regulations.
- Candidate who possess a min. of 2-3 years of experience in similar F&B field background will be advantageous
- Candidate must possess a valid food hygiene certificate
- Candidate who has experience in cake decorating will be preferred.
- He/She has a good knowledge in Pastry and holds a Certificate in Pastry & Bakery or equivalent are more preferable.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and develop a great teamwork and willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
