Bought the rasperry lychee rose cake. Its delightfully refreshing with a distinct rose and lychee flavour (i can't taste the raspberry) of layered mousse on a vanilla sponge cake. Perfect with a cup of tea! The birthday gal loved it!

The light rose-lychee cream on the fluffy chiffon-type base was perfection! Cream cakes are usually too heavy for my family, so we liked that this cake had a very smooth, non-cloying texture. The sweet-tart raspberry topping was a hit too! Lovely cake overall that the whole family enjoyed!
